  www.clover-re.com We have several 2 bedroom complexes that accept cats, however, a larger security deposit is required along with a slightly higher monthly rent.  I also have several homes that will accept either dogs or cats.  Our standard requirement is a dog less than 25 lbs, however, I do have a few exceptions where a larger breed may be acceptable.  No pit bulls, unfortunately as the liability to the landlord is too high.
